Cristina Martinez earned Bachelor and Masters of Engineering degrees from Stevens Institute of Technology, with structural engineering concentrations. Her design experience includes complex high-rise commercial structures as well as renovation of historical existing buildings, such as Times Square Tower, and redevelopment at Rockefeller Center. A few years after joining Thornton Tomasetti, she transitioned into a marketing and business development role and is currently an integral part of the company’s corporate business development team, developing and implementing strategies for pursuing new business and client maintenance. Cristina is President of the board of directors of the ACE Mentoring Program of New Jersey and serves on ACE’s National Affiliates Council as one of its original members. She also serves on the board of the Newark Regional Business Partnership.
 
Atanas E. Entchev, GISP has been implementing GIS full-time since 1992. In 2005 he founded ENTCHEV GIS Architects, providing GIS services to a diverse clientele with a focus on municipal government. He is a regular contributor to Directions Magazine, and writes The ENTCHEV GIS Blog, serving 1,000 articles per day to readers from all over the world.
 
Mehmet Secilmis, MS, GISP has over 10 years of professional experience as an Environmental Engineer and GIS specialist. He earned Bachelor degree in Chemistry and Masters degree in Environmental Technology. He is currently pursuing Masters degree in Management at NJIT. He also completed various environmental/GIS courses and training from Rutgers University. His experience include conducting environmental site assessments, investigations and sampling, hazardous waste screening and brownfields assessments as well as performing GIS analysis and mapping for environmental assessments, transportation alternative impacts, wetlands, ecology, socioeconomic, cultural resources, hazardous waste screening, brownfields. He is the co-founder and current Vice President of TASCEE, Chairman of Garfield Environmental Commission and board member of GITA NY/NJ Chapter. 
 
Pat Foley specializes in technical staffing through Aerotek Environmental & Engineering (E&E), a division of Aerotek. Pat worked as a Technical Recruiter before being promoted into a Sales position 2 years ago. He is now a Manager in the E&E Division. He has been with Aerotek for 5 years, placing professionals in many industries with a focus on: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Geotechnical and Environmental Field Services, Engineering & Sciences.

Pat Gaffney specializes in technical staffing through Aerotek a division of Aerotek E&E. He has been working for Aerotek for 3 years, specializing in the recruiting of technical professionals in many industries with a focus on: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Geotechnical and Environmental Field Services, Engineering & Sciences.
